这篇文章主要讲讲Acceptable Use Policy（可接受的使用政策）这一节。我个人认为这个是很重要的一个内容，因为违反了它，会使你的VPS被停机，直到你改正以后再给你激活，而且一旦被停机三次，你的VPS就会直接停机到明年1月1号。而且还有可能给你带来50美金的罚款。所以我觉得有必要，把这个内容写一下。

内容看上去很长，但是还是建议你耐心阅读一下，因为违反上面的规定，有可能会为你带来以下的处罚。

1、违反了这些条款，将会暂停VPS服务，并将会显示到KiwiVM控制面板。（客户一旦确认问题并解决问题，就可以恢复服务。这是在KiwiVM中完成的，不需要写TK）在同一日历年3次暂停后，VPS将永久停运至明年1月1日。

2、重复违规行为可能会导致每次事件发生50美元的管理费用，会暂停你账户下的所有服务，直到你缴清管理费用。

3、源于VPS的DoS攻击或发送未经请求的电子邮件可能招致50美元的管理费用，会暂停你账户下的所有服务，直到你缴清管理费用。

虽然说是管理费用，其实和罚款也没什么区别，一年的VPS钱也不过十几刀，要是不小心违反了TOS再罚款50刀，就有点得不偿失了。花上几分钟，看看TOS，不是坏事。

cpu限制篇

TOS，是Terms of Service（服务条款）的简称，也就是国内一般注册网站的时候先弹出来一大堆东西让你点同意的那个，当然，大部分人都是不怎么看直接点我同意的。不过在购买VPS的时候，还是建议先花点时间阅读一下商家的TOS，不然不小心违反了商家的TOS很可能被直接删除服务还不退款。这篇文章主要是讲一下搬瓦工TOS里Fair Share Policy – VPS service一项，也就是关于CPU使用的限制、

当你的CPU负载长时间超过上面的限额的时候，系统就会自动限制你的CPU使用，并且在你的KiwiVM控制面板里会有一条通知，知道CPU的负载回归到限额以下，限制就会自动解除了。

如果你的网站比较吃CPU，建议还是买高一点的配置。
